Hogwarts Letter Christmas Tea Party Invites

I think everyone enjoys receiving a little magic in their mailbox. There is just something special about receiving a letter in the mail especially if it's a letter from Hogwarts.

For my Hogwarts Christmas Tea Party, I wanted the invites to look like acceptance letters to Hogwarts School. I found a Hogwarts letter template on Etsy and changed the text to fit my event. I printed the letters on aged paper.

To fit with the Harry Potter Christmas theme, I wanted to do a white owl gift exchange similar to a white Elephant gift exchange but with Harry Potter or Witch/Wizard inspired gifts.

I included instructions for guests to participate in a white owl gift exchange as an insert with the letter. I created the white owl gift exchange cards in a word document.

If you are going to have a Holiday party at Hogwarts the only way to arrive is by Hogwarts Express. Each letter also included a Hogwarts Express ticket with the party details. I found this beautiful printable also on Etsy.

Possibly my favorite part of the invite was the Hogwarts Crest wax seal.
